Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you based on the service selected, with some services requiring extended time blocks. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Same-day cancellations or reschedules will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show.
Clients who cancel same-day or no-show may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
Invoices must be paid in full before product are shipped. Orders will be processed and shipped once payment is received.
